In this series I'm going to disect my form and game from the ground up hopefully giving clear insight in how you can take this same approach to apply it to your game! In today's video I wanted to see where we actually are with our game right now before we start diving into the distance work. I've regressed in my form, but I'm not sure how far....yikes.
