Lumina Buff (Why you should consider Lumina again) | Destiny 2 Witch Queen

Many of you have shied away from using Lumina in PvP, becuase before it's buff in Witch Queen, the Exotic Hand Cannon Lumina was not enough of a difference maker. After testing this weapon yesterday on stream, I believe Lumina deserves all of us to give it another shot.
