Hello Friends,
Are you a Tea lover? Then this is for you.
I am not here to talk about the pros and cons of Tea.
Tea is good for health. No doubt about it. But how much tea is good and what happens if you drink tea in excess. That is what we are going to talk about today.
Everybody has the habit of drinking tea and we should know what it does to our body.
Vitamin B1 deficiency can occur if you drink tea in excess. Many of us have the nervousness issue. We do not know why but we feel nervous at times. It may be because of the compound called Tanen which is present in the Tea. There are a lot of good things that happen because of Tanen, but at the same time, excess Tanen can cause nervousness and jittery feeling.
You don't have to stop drinking tea just because of this issue. But there are certain things that you can do to minimize the side effects of tea.
Oranges, Cauliflower, Potato, whole grains like Kambu, Thinai are some of the wonderful foods that are rich in Vitamin B1.
Additionally, cereals like groundnuts, chickpeas, butter beans are also a good source of Vitamin B1
Tea drinkers don't have to panic. If you are an excessive tea drinker, you can compensate for the vitamin B1 drain by adding alternative food to reduce the impact.
Tea drinking has become a lifestyle for all ages, and this nervousness issue is common among many people. We should know why it happens and take the necessary steps to avoid it.
As usual, just an educational video to help you all.
